A shift in the field

One inspection, hands never leave the rail.

An inspector reaches a valve on an offshore deck - gloved, harnessed, no free hand for a phone or clipboard. Wearing a RealWear headset, they call up the checklist by voice, read the asset tag, speak the finding and capture a photo, all hands-free. The record is structured by AI, checked by a person, and synced to the systems onshore before they reach the next asset.

What is assisted reality, and how is it different from AR or VR?

Assisted reality puts information in a small display in the worker's line of sight, controlled entirely by voice - hands free, eyes up, no immersive headset. It is built for real work in noisy, hazardous industrial settings, not for gaming.

Which RealWear devices do you build for?

The RealWear Navigator and Arc families, including intrinsically safe options rated for hazardous oil, gas and chemical areas. We develop and test on real hardware in our device lab.

Do the apps work offline and in high-noise areas?

Yes. Our apps are designed for voice recognition in high-noise environments and for offline capture where connectivity is poor, syncing securely when a connection returns.

Three Applivity apps are published on RealWear ARI, RealWear's application marketplace. We can also build and deploy custom RealWear apps for your specific workflow.
