Applivity LLC (“Applivity”, “we”), headquartered in Orlando, Florida, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through applivity.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, work email, company, the nature of your enquiry and your message, and (for quote requests) details about the devices, licences or engagement you are considering.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them; until then, analytics runs in a consent-denied state that does not store identifiers.

Scheduling. If you book a consultation, the booking is handled by Calendly, which loads only after you accept cookies or explicitly load the calendar.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, provide and improve the site, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information.

Processors

We rely on a small number of processors: our own mail relay (send.goapplivity.com) to deliver form submissions; Google Analytics for consented analytics; and Calendly for scheduling. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Retention

We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and business requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
